Poi sceso a S.Sofia ho fatto il Carnaio con altri 30' sweet spot e sono rientrato di nuovo da Spinello,a Ranchio sono salito per M.Finocchio solo per tre Km in quanto la strada è bloccata da una frana,a Linaro ho fatto 10' di Ftp verso la Ciola e poi rientro.

Sono pronto per l'esordio anticipato alla GF del Conero grazie allo stimolo di Paolino e Wilmer,non vedo l'ora di attaccare il numero,si ricomincia anche a scrutare il cielo,le previsioni per domenica non sono proprio buone.
